per hour
Up to 8-hour shifts
Reserves your first overnight shift. Additional nights billed the same way.
Important Details
- ●Shifts start no earlier than 10:00 PM
- ●Maximum 8-hour shift
- ●Monday through Friday only
- ●2 to 3 nights per week
- ●One month maximum
- ●Tamar works with one family at a time
- ●Less than 24-hour cancellation notice results in a $150 cancellation fee

- ●Checking in on the birthing parent's physical recovery
- ●Watching for signs of postpartum mood concerns

- ●Breast pump setup and cleaning support
Light Household Help
- ●Washing and sterilizing bottles
- ●Prepping pump equipment and pacifiers
- ●Restocking diapering stations
- ●Folding baby laundry
