Professional Biography
Tamar Green, CEO & Founder
Tamar Green is not only a birth doula, Community Health Worker, and CPR instructor, she also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Master's in Business Administration. Her diverse professional background spans over 20+ years, ranging from serving as a director to working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. As a seasoned medical professional, she has worked across various facilities, including assisted living, nursing homes, Alzheimer's units, and acute hospitals, in both California and Oregon. She is deeply versed in human growth and development and possesses a comprehensive understanding of emotional growth and change.
Tamar is community-centered and committed to treating everyone with respect and dignity. Her passion for service is evidenced by her extensive volunteer work with organizations such as Hillsboro UCC, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Soldiers' Angels, and youth basketball coaching.
Drawing on years of experience supporting diverse populations, Tamar is now honored to focus her expertise on the BIPOC community in Oregon. Having grown up in Portland, she is dedicated to creating better opportunities and addressing shortages in resources and care.
